Description of product typologies
Dugenta PGI Bianco is straw-yellow in colour, varying in intensity.The nose offers various degrees of floral fruity fragrances depending on the grape variety used; it is dry and fresh on the palate, with a slightly fruity flavour and good persistence. Dugenta PGI Rosso is ruby-red in colour, varying in intensity; the nose is delicate, with characteristic fragrances of red fruit, traces of spices and aromatic herbs and an aromatic elegance deriving from the grape variety used; it is dry and sapid on the palate with good body, at times evident tannins and a persistent and characteristic finish. It can also be Novello wine. Dugenta PGI Rosé is pink in colour, varying in intensity; it displays delicate fruity fragrances on the nose, with hints of rose petal; the palate is dry, harmonious and fresh, with the characteristics of the grape variety of origin. Dugenta PGI Novello is ruby-red in colour, varying in intensity and with luminous purplish highlights; it is vinous on the nose, with fruity notes; the palate is dry or medium-sweet, extremely balanced, with a good acid vein and very evident polished flavours.
