Anagni PGI Bianco is pale straw-yellow; the nose is delicate with characteristic notes; it is dry and balanced on the palate. Anagni PGI Rosso is red, varying in intensity; the nose offers a vinous fragrance and is very intense; it is dry and sapid on the palate, with notes that are typical of wines aged in wooden barrels.
